Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Gemini Creations Co. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Due to the nature of handmade and custom items, certain products — including handmade rugs and personalized items — may be non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
For packages that are lost in transit, customers must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating the package, replacement or refund decisions are made at our discretion and may depend on carrier investigation outcomes.
